Day trip to Monterey.

So today me, my mom, my brother, and his girlfriend Estephanie all took a day trip down to Monterey to visit CSUMB. We left at about late 7ish or 8 ish in the morning and headed out to Monterey...when we finally got there we waited for the tour to start. My rbother and Estephanie both got accepted to this college. The tour went great! When the tour was over we left and headed to the wharf and it was so much fun. As we were walking down the pier this guy has a stand where he has his parrots sitting, and he put one on my hand so I got to hold one:) We always test the samples of all of the clam chowders at the stands in front of the restaurants before we make a decision of where to eat. Some chowders we tasted were really nasty, but there were two that had such a yummy taste! So we ate our clam choder bread bowls, and as we looked out the window there were otters and seagulls and other pretty interesting things. When we were done we stopped by the delicious candy store to buy some candy and chocolate. Then we finally left and began to search for this Goodwill store that I saw when we were searching for a parking spot earlier. The reason why it was so important to me to go to this Goodwill is because each store has different items, some really good and others not so much...so I had to check it out. So we spent about an hour in there, and I bought a cute sweater that I'll post as soon as I take a picture with it! Then we left there and headed back to the Bay Area. I really enjoyed this day! Monterey is such a great place to take a day trip to. The last time before today that I went to Monterey was in the summer time with my lovely sister, mom and brother. Its a nice place to go every once in a while. Go check it out! I will definitely post pictures from my day later, I took a lot of pictures!

.....for the absence of my blog. I haven't been posting much at all, I did start posting my OOTD's but then I stopped because I couldn't find good lighting and a good background for them. I really want to post a lot more frequently but that kind of puts a hold on things along with school. So I will definitely try and have my blog up and running way more often soon. BUT I did go on a walk with my friend and took these pictures! A little sneak peak of my photography for you guys:)

OOTD 1/4/12

This picture below, I put my camera on top of my tripod I made, which was a ton of boxes of tissue and I quickly posed! The picture came out pretty good anyways. My mom took the bottom picture of me. I really need to find a place where I can take my OOTD pictures, that has a nice and pleasant looking background. One reason why I can't take my pictures outside in the morning is because when I leave the house, it is pretty dark outside. But I guess I'll try again tomorrow to get a better background for my OOTD's.

Today was my first time ever wearing thigh high socks, and I like the style! Very cute!

My makeup for 1/2/12.

Well, Monday was my last day of winter break, so I did a simple wingtip, and my usual airy fairy lipstick! Oh yeah, even though it may look like I'm wearing eye shadow...I'm not.  That color on my eyelids is my natural skin tone right there! Lol I used to put bronzer and a little Victoria Secret sparkly white eye shadow but then my eyelids became super dry, so I stopped.

Monday January 2,2012.

Hello guys! Today I woke up around 11:55am and my day started. I made a to-do list because if I didn't, so many things would be left undone! I first cleaned my room up a bit, I think I'm starting to ALWAYS want to have my room cleaned and vacuumed, usually I do it every other week but now I've been cleaning it every other day. Anywho, I watched the Warrior vs. Phoenix game, and the Warriors lost;( Then I made my video haul(go watch!) I started to work on my extra credit math essay worth 100 points! So glad I got that done, I shouldn't of waited till the last minute though. I ate dinner and after I cleaned the kitchen. I pretty much have everything checked off of my to do list, except studying for my spanish test and picking out my outfit for tomorrow(the first day back at school from winter break). Ahh, I wish it was 6pm right now so I can have more time to do those things...but its 10pm. Well I better get to those things! Watch the video!
