First time...

Ice skating! So on Wednesday (12/28/11) me and my friend Angel went ice skating, and this was the first time I've ever gone to an ice skating rink and actually skated! I've gone to rinks before but I've only watched never actually got on the ice. The reason I've been so scared of ice skating is because when I was little I went to an ice skating rink and saw this little kid fall and this lady almost skate right over his fingers! Ever since then I've always been so scared but I finally got over it and skated, and I had an amazing time!

 The wristbands they gave us were labeled "SKATE AT YOUR OWN RISK." Haha

FINALLY!

So my sister has been in Accra, Ghana since July, she went there to study abroad. (As I'm typing this her favorite song "The Way I Am" by Ingrid Michaelson is playing) I definitely miss her a lot!!!! Today finally we set up a Skype date, so me, my brother and my mom all got set up at 11am to get ready to video chat with my sister for the first time! I loved every minute of getting to talk with her. Right now my sister is in Spain visiting her sorority sister, so before she goes back to Africa were gonna try to set up a bit more Skype dates! She is the best sister ever.

Merry Christmas!

So I was unable to get on my blog, because I was so busy on Christmas and I wanted to spend that time completely off of social networking sites and be with family! I do have pictures to show of what I got on Christmas:  My stepmom got me a Wen by Chaz Dean hair kit. It is gonna help me get my hair healthy again! So excited!

 My mom got me a Nikon L120 camera, which I am in love with, Vanilla perfumes(I've been wanting the Victoria Secrets ones for the longest), a lipstick, elephant necklace(b/c I love elephants), and a Hello Kitty flash drive! So thankful!

My dad got me this backpack I've been wanting! Such a cute one!
